Student Self-Service: Managing Holds
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to manage holds in ctcLink.
Navigation: Gateway → Student Center → Holds
Holds alert you to issues that may affect enrollment, student records, financial aid or other items related to your academic record. Holds are displayed in the menu on the right side of the Student Center.
- Click the Details link for more information on the reason for the hold(s).
- The Your Holds page lists all the holds on your student account including the institution and the department that placed the hold. Click a hold item to see additional details.
- Information displays for the hold including instructions if needed. Contact the department that placed the hold for additional assistance.
- Click Return and then Cancel to return to the Student Center home page.
