Assigning Work Schedule by Workgroup - 15b

Purpose:  Use this document as a reference for Assigning Work Schedule by Workgroup in ctcLink.

Audience:  Time & Labor Administrators, Core HR Administrators, Payroll Administrators

Navigation:  Main Menu > Set Up HCM > Product Related > Time and Labor > Rules and Workgroups > Workgroup

  1. Enter the Workgroup
  2. Click Search
  3. Enter Effective Date
  4. Navigate the page to Workgroup Defaults
  5. Locate Schedule ID field
  6. Use the radio button to select the Schedule ID needed
  7. Click Save
