Entering General Materials 02i

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to enter general materials in ctcLink.

Audience: Admissions Staff

Navigation:  Main Menu > Student Admissions > Application Evaluation > Evaluate Application Materials > General Materials

  1. On the General Materials page, enter information into the following fields:
    a.  ID
    b.  Academic Institution (should default)
    c.  Academic Career
  2. Click the Search button.
Search Criteria
  1. On the General Materials page, enter information into the following fields:
    a.  Material Group
    b.  Material Nbr
    c.  Date Received
    d.  Date Recorded
    e.Comments (if applicable)
  2. Click the Add Attachment button (if applicable).
  3. To add more than one type of general materials, click the plus sign (+) and enter information into the same fields from step 3.

6.Click the Save button. You have successfully entered general materials.
