Adding a Program to an Existing Application 02c

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for adding programs to existing applications in ctcLink.

Audience: ctcLink employees.

Navigation:  Main Menu → Student Admissions → Application Maintenance → Program Addition

To add a program to an existing application:

  1. On the Program Addition page, enter the student ID, academic career, and application number.
  2. Click the Add button.
  3. On the Program Addition page, enter the relevant data.

Note that if you are creating a new application, the Program Action field defaults to APPL (application).

  • To change the evaluation status of the application, click the Evaluation link.

·To add additional plan or sub-plan data, click the plus sign to the right of the row.

·To remove plan or sub-plan data, click the minus sign to the right of the row you wish to delete.Click the Save button.
