Adding a Program to an Existing Application 02c
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for adding programs to existing applications in ctcLink.
Audience: ctcLink employees.
Navigation: Main Menu → Student Admissions → Application Maintenance → Program Addition
To add a program to an existing application:
- On the Program Addition page, enter the student ID, academic career, and application number.
- Click the Add button.
- On the Program Addition page, enter the relevant data.
Note that if you are creating a new application, the Program Action field defaults to APPL (application).
- To change the evaluation status of the application, click the Evaluation link.
·To add additional plan or sub-plan data, click the plus sign to the right of the row.
·To remove plan or sub-plan data, click the minus sign to the right of the row you wish to delete.Click the Save button.
