Creating Prospect Records Online 02b

Purpose:  Use this document as a reference for creating prospect records online in PeopleSoft.

Audience: ctcLink employees

Navigation:  Main Menu → Self Service → Request Information

To create a prospect record online:

  1. On the Request Admission Materials page, click the Next button.
  2. On the Request Information page, click the Add button.
  3. Click the Add button.
  4. On the Request Information page, enter the student’s academic data.

  1. Click the OK button.
  2. Click the Next button.
  3. On the Academic Interests page, click the Add button.
  4. Select an academic interest.
    • To add an additional interest, click the Add button.
    • To delete an interest, click the Delete button.
  5. Click the Next button.
  6. On the Test Results Page, click the Add button.
  7. Enter the test data.

  1. To add an additional test component, click the Add button.
    • To delete a test component, click the Delete button.
  2. Click the OK button.
  3. On the Test Results page, click the Next button.
  4. On the Submit page, click the Submit button.

Main Menu → Student Recruiting → Maintain Prospects → Create/Update Prospects

  1. Logout and login as an Admissions Coordinator.
  2. Navigate to the Create/Update Prospects page (see above).
  3. Input the Last Name and First Name of the person who logged in online to Request Information and select the Prospect Career and Prospect Program tabs.

Congratulations! You have successfully created a new prospect record through Self Service.
