OAA User Registration 02b

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to complete a user registration through OAA.

Audience: Admissions Staff

  1. Click the Create New Account button.
  1. Enter the desired User ID.
  2. Enter the desired Password.
  3. Reenter the password in the Confirm Password field.
  4. Select the desired Title from the drop-down menu.
  5. Enter First Name.
  6. Enter Middle Name.
  7. Enter Last Name.
  8. Select the desired Name Suffix.
  9. Enter Date of Birth.
  10. Enter Social Security Number.
  11. Reenter the SSN in the Confirm SSN field.
  12. Select the Country for address.
  13. Click on Edit Address link.
  1. Enter information in the Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State and Postal fields.
  2. Click the OK button.

  1. Enter Telephone and Extension if applicable.
  2. Enter Email Address.
  3. Reenter the email address in the Confirm Email Address field.
  4. Select Security Question 1, 2 and 3.
  5. Enter the Answer 1, 2 and 3 for each of the security questions selected.
  6. Click the Submit button.
