Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to assign a checklist in ctcLink.

Audience: FA Counselor/Technician

Assigning a Checklist

Navigation:  Main Menu > Campus Community > Checklists > Person Checklists > Checklist Management > Person

  1. From the Checklist Management – Person page click Add a New Value.

  1. Enter the Student ID and click Add.

  1. Under the Checklist Management 1 tab enter FINA in the Administrative Function field.

Note The Variable Data button will highlight.

  1. Click the Variable Data button.

  1. Under Variable Data enter the Aid Year and click OK.

  1. Use the lookup tool next to the Checklist Code field to find and choose the desired checklist item.

  1. Select the desired Checklist Item. The Due Date field will automatically populate.
  2. Click Save (View results on the View Financial Aid Status page).

  1. A Checklist can also be added from various Financial Aid summary pages by clicking the checklist Speed Key which navigates directly to the Checklist Management Entry page.
