Purpose: Use this document as a reference for managing time and labor exceptions in ctcLink.

Audience: Payroll Administrators and Time and Labor Administrators

Managing Time and Labor Exceptions

Navigation: Main Menu > Time and Labor > View Time > Exceptions

  1. Click the Time Reporter Group lookup icon and select the appropriate group or enter the TRG if known.
  2. Click the Get Employees button.

  1. The ideal solution is no exceptions display.

  1. If any exceptions display, make the appropriate correction or contact ctcLink support for assistance.

  1. After exceptions are corrected, re-run the Time Administration Process. See the Running the Time and Labor Administration Process Quick Reference Guide.
