Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to add and/or manage academic organizations.

Managing Academic Organizations

Navigation:  Set Up SACR > Foundation Tables > Academic Structure > Academic Organization Table

  1. Enter the Academic Organization or leave blank and click the Search button.
Find an Existing Value tab
  1. The only tab being used is the Academic Organization Table tab.

Adding Academic Organizations

  1. Enter the Academic Organization and click the Add button.
Add a New Value tab
  1. When adding a new academic organization the user must enter 01/01/1901 as the Effective Date.
  2. Enter the *Description, Short Description, *Formal Description, *Academic Institution, Campus fields and click the Save button.

  1.  Process complete.
