Managing Service Indicators (Financial Aid) 11d, 23e

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to Manage Service Indicators in ctcLink.

Audience: FA Counselor/Technician

Adding a Service Indicator

Navigation:  Main Menu > Campus Community > Service Indicators (Student) > Manage Service Indicators

  1. From the Manage Service Indicators page enter the Student ID and click Search.
  2. Click Add Service Indicator.

  1. Enter the Institution, Indicator Code, Service Ind Reason Code, Start Term, Start Date, End Date, and Department.
  2. The lookup tool next to each field can be used to find the desired codes. Additional codes are listed at the end of this document.

  1. Click OK to add the Service Indicator.
  2. The Manage Service Indicators page is displayed with the newly entered Service Indicator information.

Releasing a Service Indicator

Navigation:  Main Menu > Campus Community Service Indicators (Student) > Manage Service Indicators

  1. From the Manage Service Indicators page enter the Student ID and click Search.
  2. Click the Code link in the Service Indicator Summary section.

  1. The Edit Service Indicator page is displayed.
  2. Click Release

  1. A confirmation message will appear, click OK.
