Updating a Student Address

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to update a student address in ctcLink.

Audience: College Staff responsible for maintaining student information

  1. Enter or Look up Empl ID.

  1. Click the Edit/View Address Detail button.

  1. Add a new row by clicking the [+] button.
Address History page
  1. Review the new Effective Date and make adjustments as needed. Click the Updated Addresses link.

  1. Make the desired edits/updates to the address.

  1. If the address entered is not valid, the system will provide suggestions.

  1. Make the necessary edits/updates and click the OK button.

  1. View the changes and click the OK button.

  1. Click the Save button.

  1. The process is complete.
