Updating a Student Address
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to update a student address in ctcLink.
Audience: College Staff responsible for maintaining student information
- Enter or Look up Empl ID.
- Click the Edit/View Address Detail button.
- Add a new row by clicking the [+] button.
- Review the new Effective Date and make adjustments as needed. Click the Updated Addresses link.
- Make the desired edits/updates to the address.
- If the address entered is not valid, the system will provide suggestions.
- Make the necessary edits/updates and click the OK button.
- View the changes and click the OK button.
- Click the Save button.
- The process is complete.
