Viewing Outstanding Customer Items - 20b

Purpose:  To view outstanding customer items using ctcLink.

Audience:  Accounts Receivable staff.

You review customer account information to determine which:

  • maintenance,
  • billing,
  • finance charge, or
  • transfer items are not yet posted.

This helps you to efficiently manage the collection of accounts receivable.

In this topic, you will view all pending items for a customer.

Viewing Outstanding Customer Items

Navigation:  Accounts Receivable > Customer Accounts > Customer Information > Customer Pending Items

You have navigated to the Outstanding Customer Items page.

  1. Select the Customer field and enter the desired information.
  2. Select the Search button.

Use the Outstanding Customer Items page to view information about all pending items.

You have successfully viewed the outstanding item information for your customer.
