Purpose: Use this document as a reference for performing a budget inquiry in ctcLink.

Audience: Settlement Manager, GL Accountant

Navigation: Main Menu > Grants > Awards > Project Budget Inquiry

Performing a Budget Inquiry

  1. Use the Find an Existing Value tab of the Project Budget Inquiry page to search fora project:
    1. If it did not default, enter or select the appropriate business unit in the Business Unit field.
    2. Enter or select the project number of the project in the Project field.
    3. Click theSearch button.

  1. Use the Budget Inquiry page to view budget information for specific projects.
    1. Review the information available on the Budget Lines tab.
    2. Click the GL Info tab.
  1. Continue to use the Budget Inquiry page to view budget information for specific projects.
    1. Review the information available on the GL Info tab.
    2. Click the Posted, FA, C/S Info tab.
  1. Review the information available on thePosted, FA, C/S Info tab.
