Adding and Updating Student Attributes

Purpose:  Use this document as a reference for how to add and update student groups table in ctcLink

Audience: Student Services Staff

Main Menu → Records and Enrollment → Career and Program Information → Student Program/Plan

  1. Look Up Student by ID or Name
  2. Click the Include History button
  3. Click the + sign
  4. Input the Effective date for the Attribute value being added
  1. Insert Program Action: DATA
  2. Click on the StudentAttribute tab
  3. Input

a.  Student Attribute: Input or Look Up

b.  Student Attribute Value: Input or Look Up

  1. Click Save
