Enrollment Request Search 21h

Purpose: Use this page to view enrollment transactions processed on a student in ctcLink.

Audience: Student Records Staff

Navigation: Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Enrollment Request Search

You must set your Institution user defaults prior to using this page.

  1. Academic Institution: Input or Look Up
  2. Click the Search button.
Find an Existing Value tab
  1. Use a combination of fields to search enrollment requests, all fields are optional.
    1. Academic Career: Select from drop down
    2. Term: Input or Look Up
    3. Enrollment Request ID: Input or Look Up
    4. Enrollment Request Source: Select from drop down
    5. Enrollment Request Action:
    6. Enrollment Action Reason: Input or Look Up
    7. User ID: Input or Look Up ID of the user processing the enrollment
    8. Empl ID: Input or Look Up ID of the student
    9. Class Nbr: Input or Look Up
    10. Enrollment Action Range: Input range of dates that was used for the enrollment action based on action date which can be overridden
    11. Last Update Range: Input range of system process dates
  2. Click the Search button.

  1. Click on tabs to view information or click icon to expand all tabs.
  2. Additional criteria can be entered to filter results.
