Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how Staff can download documents uploaded in ctcLink.

Identifying Documents to be Downloaded

Navigation:  Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer

  1. Run the query QCS_CC_UPLOAD_DOC_RPT

  1. Complete the Prompts for Institution, From Date, and To Date and click View Results.
Download results section

Navigation:  PeopleTools > CTC Custom > Extensions > Upload Document

  1. Staff may View the document(s) and also mark it as Reviewed. If marked Reviewed, click Save.
