Early Alerts Configuration 21

Purpose:  Use this document as a guide to set up an early alert in ctcLink.

Audience:  Student Records staff

Navigation:  Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Foundation Tables > Term Setup > Term/Session Table

  1. Enter valid values in the following fields:
    • Academic Institute (should default).
    • Academic Career (UGRD)
    • Term
  2. Click the Search button.

  1. Click the drop down menu next to the Related Content link in the upper right-hand corner of the Term/Session table for your desired term.
  2. Click the Early Alert Date.

  1. A box will open up at the bottom titled Early Alert Date Range.  Enter valid values into the following field:
    • Early Alert Open Date
    • Early Alert Close Date
  1. Click the Save button.
