Early Alerts Configuration 21
Purpose: Use this document as a guide to set up an early alert in ctcLink.
Audience: Student Records staff
Navigation: Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Foundation Tables > Term Setup > Term/Session Table
- Enter valid values in the following fields:
- Academic Institute (should default).
- Academic Career (UGRD)
- Click the Search button.
- Click the drop down menu next to the Related Content link in the upper right-hand corner of the Term/Session table for your desired term.
- Click the Early Alert Date.
- A box will open up at the bottom titled Early Alert Date Range. Enter valid values into the following field:
- Early Alert Open Date
- Early Alert Close Date
- Click the Save button.
