Put an Individual Student in Collections 27s
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to manually add a student to collections in ctcLink.
Audience: All staff.
Manually Adding Students to Collections
Navigation: Student Financials > Collections > Put Customers in Collection
- Enter the Business Unit.
- Click the Search button.
- On the Collection Placement page enter the ID for the student.
- Enter the appropriate information in the Reason In field.
- Enter the appropriate information in the Collector Role field.
- Click the Save button.
