Put an Individual Student in Collections 27s

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to manually add a student to collections in ctcLink.

Audience: All staff.

Manually Adding Students to Collections

Navigation:  Student Financials > Collections > Put Customers in Collection

  1. Enter the Business Unit.
  2. Click the Search button.
  3. On the Collection Placement page enter the ID for the student.
  4. Enter the appropriate information in the Reason In field.
  5. Enter the appropriate information in the Collector Role field.
  6. Click the Save button.
