Commitment Control Budget Reports

Purpose:  The purpose of this module is to allow budget reports to be generated for reporting and analysis.  These budget reports compare budgeted amounts to actual expenses or revenue.  The reports allow sorting and filtering options that can summarize information or provide information in a detailed format.  The budget reports can be limited by several options.  These options include: department, account, fund and time period.

Audience:  Finance Staff

NOTE:  Click on the Ledger Detail Report link (at bottom) for more options and instructions.

Navigation:  Main Menu > Commitment Control > Budget Reports > Budget Status > Report Manager

  1. Select Business Unit and Ledger Group (CC_ORG for operating budgets), then click Refresh.
  2. In the ChartField Selection section, click Include CF for each field you want to include and Subtotal for each total line.
  3. After fields are selected, then click on Run.
  4. Click on Report Manager.
  1. Click on Administration tab and hit Refresh.
  2. When Status changes to Posted, then click on Details.
  3. The Report Detail screen will appear.  
  4. Click on PDF file to retrieve Budget Status Report.

Navigation:  Main Menu > Commitmetn Control > Budget Reports > Ledger Details

  1. Select Business Unit and Ledger Group (CC_ORG for operating budgets).
  2. Click Refresh.
  3. In the ChartField Selection section, click Include CF for each field you want to include and Desc for each line.
  4. After fields are selected, then click Run.
  5. Click Report Manager.
