Tracking Leave of Absence - 05d

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for tracking a leave of absence in ctcLink.

Audience: Human Resources and Absence Management Specialist

Navigation: Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data

  1. On the Job Data page, enter the Empl ID then click Search.
  2. Click the Add a New Row button.
  1. In the Effective Date field enter the date the leave becomes effective.
  2. Select Leave of Absence from the Action drop-down menu.
  3. Select the desired reason from the Reason drop-down menu.
  1. Click the Save button.
