Tracking Volunteer Activity

Purpose:  Use this document as a reference for enrolling and updating volunteer activities.  

Audience:  HR Specialists

Navigation:  Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Biographical > Volunteer Activities

Tracking Volunteer Activity

  1. Enter an Empl ID into the Empl ID field.
  2. Select Search.
  3. Select the Volunteer Organization field.
  4. Enter in the desired information to into the Volunteer Organization field.
  5. Select the Chapter Name field.  Enter a valid value.
  6. Select the Start Date field.  Enter the start date.
  7. Select the End Date field.  Enter the end date.
  8. Use the Type of Volunteer list to select the type of volunteer activity in which the employee is participating:  Administrative, Canvasser, Executive, Fund Raising or Other.
  9. Use the Volunteer Status group box to select part-time or full-time status of the volunteer.  Select the desired radio button.
  10. Select Save.
  11. End of procedure.
