Modifying Scheduled Class Meetings 21b (VC06)
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for modifying scheduled class meetings in ctcLink.
Audience: Student Records staff
Modifying scheduled class meetings
Navigation: Main Menu > Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > Schedule Class Meetings
- On the Schedule Class Meetings page, enter relevant search criteria.
- Click the Search button.
- On the Meetings tab, enter or edit meeting times, facilities, and instructor information for one class section at a time.
- Click the Enrollment Cntrl tab.
- Update the Class Status.
- Click the Exam tab.
- Enter Exam and Facility information. This will link exams to the class section.
Note: Facility information on this tab is facility information for the exam. Facility information for the class is on the Meetings tab.Click the Save button.
