Modifying Scheduled Class Meetings 21b

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for modifying scheduled class meetings in ctcLink.

Audience: Student Records staff

Modifying scheduled class meetings

Navigation: Main Menu > Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > Schedule Class Meetings

  1. On the Schedule Class Meetings page, enter relevant search criteria.
  2. Click the Search button.
Find an Existing Value tab
  1. On the Meetings tab, enter or edit meeting times, facilities, and instructor information for one class section at a time.

  1. Click the Enrollment Cntrl tab.
  2. Update the Class Status.

  1. Click the Exam tab.
Exam tab
  1. Enter Exam and Facility information. This will link exams to the class section.

Note: Facility information on this tab is facility information for the exam.  Facility information for the class is on the Meetings tab.Click the Save button.
