Printing Schedule of Classes 21b

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for printing the schedule of classes in ctcLink.

Printing the schedule of classes

Navigation: Main Menu > Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > Print Class Schedule

  1. Enter an existing Run Control ID or click the Add a New Value tab and create a new Run Control ID.
  2. Click the Add button.

  1. On the Print Class Schedule tab, click the Academic Institution lookup icon to select the appropriate school.
  2. Click the Term lookup icon and select the desired term.
  3. Click the Academic Organization Node lookup icon and select the appropriate academic organization.
  4. Click the Schedule Print drop-down menu and select the classes to print in the report.
    • Yes – Prints all classes with the Schedule Print checkbox selected on the Basic Data page.
    • No – Prints all classes with the Scheduled Print checkbox unselected on the Basic Data page.
    • All – Prints all classes, regardless of the Schedule Print checkbox setting on the Basic Data page.
  5. Click the Print Instructorin the Schedule drop-down menu to display the instructor’s name on the report.
    • Yes – All instructors with Print checkbox selected on the Meetings page displays on the report.
    • No – All instructors with Print check unchecked on the Meeting page display on the report.
    • All – All instructors display on the report, regardless of the Print checkbox setting on the Meeting page.
Print Class Schedule tab
  1. Click the Report Options tab.
  2. Select the checkboxes next to the appropriate options to print on the Schedule of Classes report.
  3. Click the Report Only checkbox.

Note: If the Report Only checkbox is selected, the system creates a Schedule of Classes report without creating a .csv file. To create a .csv file, clear the checkbox and indicate a file in the File Path field.

  1. Click the Run button.

  1. If the server name does not prefill, select the PSUNX option from the Server Name drop-down menu.
  2. Click the OK button.
Process Scheduler Request
  1. Click the Process Monitor link and make note of the Process Instance.
Report Options tab
  1. Click the Refresh button until the Run Status field is Success and the Distribution Status field is Posted.
