Posting Individual Student Grade 21n
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for posting an individual student grade in ctcLink.
Audience: Student Records Staff
Posting an Individual Student Grade
Navigation: Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Quick Enroll a Student
- ID: Enter or Look Up.
- Academic Career: Enter or Look Up.
- Academic Institution: Enter or Look Up.
- Term: Enter or Look Up.
- Click Add.
- Class Enrollment Tab
a. Select Add Grd from the Action drop-down menu.
b. Class Nbr: Enter or Look Up (The look up will only return classes the student is enrolled in).
c. Click the Add a New Row (+) button to add additional rows to drop additional classes.
- Units and Grade tab.
a. Grade Base: Verify the correct grading basis
b. Grade Enter: Enter the student grade
- Other Class Info tab
a. No entry required.
- General Overrides tab
a. If necessary, select the appropriate checkboxes to override various settings based on college business processes. See the table below for override descriptions.
10.Class Override tab.
a.If necessary, select the appropriate checkboxes to override various settings based on the college business processes. See the table below for override descriptions.
11.Click the Submit button.
12.Verify the status for each class is Success.
13.If there are errors. Click the Errors link to view the message.
14.Once errors are fixed, click the Submit button until each class has a Success status.
