Meeting Objectives

Gap Analysis / Requirements Gathering  The goal of this meeting is to gain a mutual understanding of the identified remediation gap and to document any requirements necessary for the remediation of that gap.

  1. What do the transactions look like when they are moved to the GL?
  2. Issues with inconsistent course & class fees.
    1. Will schedule session for 3/29/17 for course and class fee discussion.
  3. Report/Queries to match SF to FIN
  4. All colleges reported that tuition is calculating correctly.
  5. Can tuition calculation for “all” students occur more frequently during first week of the term?
  6. What causes the tuition calc required to get marked on a students’ account?
    1. Will have a QRG created.
  7. Self-Service isn’t showing students’ charges.
    1. This is a security issue not calculation of tuition and fees.
  8. Sometimes refund does not appear in “real” time.
    1. Colleges to provide examples.
  9. All colleges reported that international insurance is charging as it should.
    1. How to remove charges if not paid by due date.
      1. Will follow up with a solution.
