Meeting Notes and Decisions

  1. SWAP Function
    1. SWAP function works as designed.
    2. Colleges would like a meeting to discuss developing a business practice as this functionality is different than Legacy.
      1. When to us SWAP vs add/drop
      2. When not to use it
  2. Dynamic Dates
    1. Would like a report similar to the one used in Legacy to provide last day for refunds and “W” on transcripts.
      1. It was recommended that the colleges submit the request for a query.
    2. More training needed on Dynamic Date screens.
    3. More training on OEE Dynamic Date classes.
  3. Basic Skills
    1. No adjustment calendar for ABE.
    2. Dept. of Correction students should not be charged for ABE classes.
    3. Additional training needed.
