Meeting Notes and Decisions

  • WA171: Want to start from ground up to understand how AARs are built; courses taken not populating requirement; manual effort to add new courses to requirement lists; interested in a business process flow on maintaining AARs; best method for setting up prof tech audits;
  • WA172: Also interested in business process flow; currently working with Jill on DTA; want use requirements for graduation processing to batch update status; would like to see information on substitutions and waivers; SR174, RA49, especially SR19
  • WA220: Understanding the AAR and how it works from ground up; original builders are no longer employed; classes not showing in order/leaving requirements empty; audit is putting too many of the same discipline in a distribution area; how to organize course lists and make them accessible; transfer credits being used before classes taken at TCC; also interested in business process flow and PRQ audits.
