Why do you have to use Schedule Query instead of Query Viewer. It appears to be many unnecessary steps to go through Schedule Query?

Kelly Forsberg

Hi Derreck, Thanks for your question! Schedule Query is used because the amount of data in this query can contain thousands of rows, especially toward the end of the Aid Year. Schedule Query is the recommended way to run this data so that it leaves more bandwidth on the server for Query Viewer for more Ad Hoc processes. -Kelly Forsberg, ctcLink Functional Trainer (Fin Aid)

Brianne Sanchez

Does the query work report all ISIRs in suspense or is it only for ISIR files uploaded by the staff person who ran the query?

Kelly Forsberg

Hi Brianne, thanks for your question! The query reports all ISIRs in suspense, but each person running the query in Schedule Query will need to have their own individual run control ID. -Kelly Forsberg ctcLink Trainer (Fin Aid)
