9.2 OAAP Account Settings - Student

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to manage your account settings in the Online Admissions Application Portal (OAAP).

Audience: Students.

Students can log in to their account to manage their profile, security questions, and reset their password.

Forgot Username and Password

  1. Select the drop-down list located in the upper-right corner of the page--an action menu displays.
  2. Select Account Settings.

  1. The Account Settings page displays.

My Profile

  1. Update Email Address and/or enter information into blank fields. You cannot update grayed out information.
  2. Select Save.

Security Questions

  1. Select the Security Questions link.
  2. To change security questions, select the drop-down lists in the left column and choose the desired question.
  3. Enter your answer in the right column.
  4. Select Save.

Reset Password

  1. Select the Reset Password link.
  2. Enter your Old Password (current password).
  3. Enter your New Password. Password should be at least 8 characters long, and it must contain one special character and number.
  4. Confirm Password by entering the new password again.
  5. Select Reset Password.

  1. To logout, select your name in the upper-right hand corner of the page.
  2. Select Log-out form the action menu.
  3. Process complete.
