9.2 Review a Student Alert on the Admin Notification Page

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for reviewing a Student Alert in ctcLink.

Audience: Student Alert reviewer.

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

  • ZZ Student Alert Config

If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

For staff to see the Admin Notification page alerts, the alert will need to have a status of "Completed."

Review a Student Alert on the Admin Notification Page

Navigation:  NavBar > Navigator > Campus Community > Notifications > Admin Notifications 

  1. The Admin Notifications search page displays.
  2. Enter the applicable search criteria by ID or First and/or Last Name.
  3. Select the Search button.

  1. The Notification Administration Overview page displays.
  2. A list of the notifications sent to the student will display.
  3. Select the Details link to view the Notification.

  2. This page displays what was sent to the student.
  3. Select the Show Audit Info to view the Template Details for the Alert sent.

  2. Select the Return to Details button to return to the Notification Details page.

  2. Select the Return to Summary to go back to notification list on the Notifications Administration Overview page and view other notifications as needed.
