9.2 Add or Maintain Student Group Records (Fluid)

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for adding or maintaining student group records in ctcLink Fluid, using the Admissions Processing section of the CS Staff Homepage.

Audience: Student Services staff.

Add or Maintain Student Group Records

Navigation: ctcLink CS Staff Homepage > Admissions Processing Tile

ctcLink CS Staff Homepage
  1. The Admissions Processing page displays.
  2. Expand the Processing Applications menu on the left.
  3. Select the Student Groups sub-menu item.
  4. Enter the ID.
  5. Select the Search button.

Adding a Student Group

  1. The Student Groups page displays.
  2. If the student is not currently coded in a Student Group, move to next step.
  3. If the student is currently coded in a Student Group and you are adding a new group:
    1. Select the Add a New Row [+] icon at the top of page under the Academic Institution Details heading to add a new row.
  4. Enter/Select the desired data in the following fields:
    1. Academic Institution
    2. Student Group
    3. Effective Date
  5. Select the Save button.

Updating a Student Group

  1. The Student Groups page displays.
  2. Select the Add a New Row [+] icon at the top of page under the Academic Institution Details heading to add a new row.
  3. Enter/Select the desired data in the following fields:
    • Academic Institution
    • Student Group
    • Effective Date
  4. Select the Save button.

NOTE: If maintaining a student group, verify or change the Status field.

Student Groups page
  1. Process complete.
