9.2 View Aggregate Aid Summary
Purpose: Use this document as a reference to view a student's aggregate aid summary using ctcLink.
Audience: Financial Aid staff.
Use the Aggregate Summary and the Aggregates by School pages to review a student's aggregate aid summary and review aggregate aid by school.
You may determine if aggregate aid from a particular institution has been entered or if the student has received aggregate aid from more than one institution.
In this topic, you will view an aggregate aid summary and view aid by school.
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZD FA Award Aggregates
- ZD FA Director
- ZZ FA Award Aggregates
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
View Aggregate Aid Summary
Navigation: NavBar > Navigator > Financial Aid > Awards > Aggregates > View Aggregate Aid
- The View Aggregate Aid search page displays.
- Enter the ID.
- Select the Search button.
- The Aggregate Summary tab displays.
- Review the information.
- Select the Aggregates by School tab.
- The Aggregates by School page displays.
- Use this page to check if aggregate aid from a particular institution has been entered, or if the student has received aggregate aid from more than one institution.
- The process to view the aggregate aid summary and aggregates by school is now complete.
