9.2 Checklists - Assigning a Checklist to a Person

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for assigning a checklist to a person in ctcLink.

Audience: All staff

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

  • ZC CC 3Cs User
  • ZD CC 3Cs User
  • ZZ CC 3Cs User

If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

Assigning a Checklist to a Person

Navigation:  NavBar > Navigator > Campus Community > Checklists > Person Checklists > Checklist Management - Person

  1. The Checklist Management-Person search page displays.
  2. Select the Add a New Value tab.
  3. Enter ID.
  4. Select Add.

  1. The Checklist Management 1 tab displays.
  2. Enter the required information for the following fields using the lookup function or the drop-down lists:
    1. Administrative Function
    2. Academic Institution (should default)
    3. Checklist Code
    4. Status
    5. Due Date
    6. Due Amount (if applicable)
    7. Comments (if applicable)
  3. Select Variable Data.

  1. The Variable Data page displays.
  2. Enter information into the following fields:
    1. Academic Career
    2. Student Career Number
    3. Application Number
  3. Select OK.
Variable Data page
  1. The Checklist Management 1 tab displays.
  2. Select the Checklist Management 2 tab to view all of the checklists assigned to this person.

  2. Select Save.

  1. Process complete.
