Viewing Customer Payment History
Purpose: To view customer payment history using ctcLink.
Audience: Accounts Receivable staff
ctcLink enables you to review the customer's general payment history. You can also view his credit profiles or the sales and balance information.
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZC AR Customer Maintenance
- ZD AR Inquiry
- ZZ AR Customer Maintenance
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
Navigation: Accounts Receivable > Customer Accounts > Customer Information > Payment History
- The Customer Payment History search page displays.
- Enter Customer.
- Select Search.
- The Customer Payment History page displays. Use it to view payment history, balance, and sales information. Review the payment history information.
- You can use available links, such as Balance or Past Due, to view the balance of open items or the credit details for your customer.
- Process complete.
