Viewing Posting Results (Group Pending Items)
Purpose: To view posting results for group pending items using ctcLink.
Audience: Accounts Receivable staff
You can view items after they have been entered into ctcLink. You can also inquire on any item group regardless of posting status or post action.
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZC AR Customer Maintenance
- ZD AR Inquiry
- ZZ AR Customer Maintenance
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
Viewing Posting Results (Group Pending Items)
Navigation: NavBar > Navigator > Accounts Receivable > Receivables Update > Posting Results-Pending Items > All Items w/ Detail
The only required field for the search page is the Group Unit. The more information you add to the Search Criteria, the narrower your results.
- On the All Items w/ Detail page, enter or select the Group Unit.
- Enter or select other search criteria to narrow the search if desired.
- Select Search. The All Items w/ Detail page displays.
- On the All Items w/ Detail page, use the Group Control tab to review the control totals and group status for the group.
- Select the Pending Item 1 tab.
- Use the Pending Item 1 tab to view item information including amounts, entry type and reason, payment terms, and discount data.
- Select the Pending Item 2 tab.
- Use the Pending Item 2 tab to view additional item information including sales person, credit analyst, collector, location payment method, bank code and bank account.
- Select the Pending Item 3 tab.
- Use the Pending Item 3 page to view additional item information including consolidated invoice information and user-defined fields.
- Select the Accounting Entries tab.
- Use the Accounting Entries tab to view accounting information including accounting entries status, ChartField string values as well as journal date and journal ID.
- Process complete.
