Mobile - Phones

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for entering Phone Numbers into the My Information section of the Mobile application.

Audience: Students.

The college mobile applications will look a bit different between the various colleges. This guide is intended as a general overview. Please note that your college may have different images and options available.  


  1. Launch your Mobile application.
  2. The Pick Your College page displays.
  3. Select the applicable college from the list if more than one is available.

  1. Your selected College tiles display.
  2. Select the Login tile from your college's Mobile application.

  1. The Login pagelet displays.
  2. Enter your ctcLink ID and Password.

  1. The Dashboard displays.
  2. Select the Menu icon.

  1. The My Links menus display.
  2. Scroll down on the left and select the My Information option.

  1. The My Information menu expands.
  2. Select the Phones sub-menu option.

  1. The Phones data entry displays.
  2. Enter Phone Information.
  3. Select the Add button and repeat steps if additional phone numbers are to be added.
  4. Select the Save button.
