9.2 BankMobile Student Data
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for processing BankMobile (Higher One) refunds in ctcLink.
Audience: Student Financials Staff.
Bank Mobile files (both BIODEMO & REFUND) are sent from ctcLink at 09:00 am, 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 12:00 pm, 01:00 pm, 04:00 pm, 05:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
9.2 BankMobile Student Data
Run the BankMobile Checklist
Navigation: NavBar > Navigator > Student Financials > CTC Custom > CTC Interfaces > Higher One Student Data
- The Higher One Stdnt Data Intfc search page displays.
- Search for an existing Run Control ID or select the Add a New Value tab and create a new one.
- Select the Search or Add button.

- The Higher One Student Data Interface page displays.
- Enter the Institution and Checklist item (ask the Financial Aid Office to confirm the Checklist item).
- Select Run and then OK to run the process.

- The Higher One Student Data Interface page displays.
- Select the Process Monitor link.
- The Process Monitor page will display.
- Select the Details link on the process.
- Select the View/Log Trace link to review the file created from this process.

Validate Student Checklists
Navigate to: Navbar > Navigator > Campus Community > Checklists > Person Checklists > Checklist Management-Person
- The Checklist Management 1 tab displays.
- Enter a sample Student ID.
- Select Search.
- Select results that include the EE0042 (Bank Mobile Bio Extract.)
- The status should be Completed.

- Process complete.
