9.2 Assigning Recruiters to a Group of Prospects

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for adding recruiters to groups of prospects in ctcLink.

Assigning Recruiters to a Group of Prospects

Navigation:  NavBar > Navigator > Student Recruiting > Assign Recruiters > Recruiter Assignment

  1. The Recruiter Assignment run control ID search page displays.  It defaults to the Find an Existing Value tab.  In this example, we'll create a new run control ID.
  2. Select Add a New Value.
  3. Enter Run Control ID.
  4. Select Add.

  1. The General Information Parameters tab displays. Use it to define the processing rules when the process is run.
  2. Enter Institution.
  3. Enter Last School Attended.
  4. Enter Academic Career.
  5. Select the Academic Selection Criteria tab.

  2. Enter Admit Term.
  3. Enter Admit Type.
  4. Enter Campus.
  5. Enter Academic Load, if applicable.
  6. Enter Academic Level, if applicable.
  7. Select the Prog/Plan Selection Criteria tab.

  2. Enter Academic Program.
  3. Enter Campus.
  4. Enter Academic Plan.
  5. Select the Acad Interests Selection tab.

  1. The Acad Interests Selection tab displays.
  2. Enter Subject Area.  To add additional subject areas, select the Add a New Row [+] icon; to delete a subject area, select the Delete a Row [-] icon.
  3. Select the Assignment Criteria tab.

  2. In the Region From section, select one option.
  3. In the Recruiting Categories section:
    1. Enter Category.
    2. Select Sub-Cat.
    3. Select Existing Recrs.
    4. In the Recruiters sub-section:
      1. Enter Recruiter ID.
      2. Select the Primary checkbox if you want to assign more than one recruiter to this group of prospects, and want this recruiter to be the primary.
      3. To add an additional recruiter, select the Add a New Row [+] icon.  To delete a recruiter, select the Delete a Row [-] icon.
  4. Select Run.  Refer to the Process Scheduling QRG for instructions.
