Academic Plan Security
Purpose: Use this document as a guide for assigning a user the ability to manage a student's Academic Plan.

Academic Plan Security
Navigation: Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Academic Plan Security
- The Academic Plan Security search page displays.
- Enter User ID.
- Enter Academic Institution.
- Select the Search button.
- The Academic Plan Security page displays.
- To grant the user access to all Academic Plans, select the All Access button. If you don't want to grant access to all Academic Plans, skip to the next step.
- To grant the user access to some, but not all, Academic Plans, select the Academic Plan hourglass.
- The Look Up Academic Plan window displays.
- Enter one or more search criteria, then select the Look Up button.
- The selected Academic Plan(s) display. Select the applicable value from the list.
- Select the appropriate Academic Plan.
- The Academic Plan row populates.
- Select the Access Code drop-down.
- The Access Code drop-down list displays. Select the appropriate value.
- The Access Code populates.
- To grant the user access to another Academic Plan, select the Add a New Row [+] icon and repeat previous steps.
- To remove a user's access to an Academic Plan, select the Delete a Row [-] icon on the row for the target Academic Plan.
- A confirmation message box displays.
- Select the OK button.
- The confirmation message box disappears.
- Select the Save button to complete the process.
