SACR- 3Cs Group Security (Financial Aid)

Navigation:  Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Academic Institution Security > 3C Group Security

You also need to set the following SACR Security permissions:

  1. Enter User ID (or first few numbers in User ID).
  2. Click Search.
  1. Add the 3C Update/Inquiry Groups that apply by clicking on look up icon (magnifying glass) this example shows FASU, FAVO, FAVU.
  2. Click check boxes.
  3. Click Save.

After Set Up Log In

Navigation:  Main Menu > Campus Community > Communications > Person Communications > Communication Management

  1. Enter EMPLID for the student and the Academic Institution, at a minimum, to search for communications sent to that student.
  1. Choose communication category listed you would like to view.
  2. Click View Generated Communication.
  3. When View Communication page opens, click View.
