Set Up SACR
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to Set Up SACR in ctcLink/Community Solutions Pillar
Audience: Security Administrators
Academic Institution Security
Navigation: NavBar > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Academic Institution Security
- Enter User ID/EMPL ID.
- Click Search.
- Select appropriate value(s) for user.
- Click Save.
Academic Org Security
Navigation: NavBar > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Academic Org Security
- Enter User ID/EMPL ID.
- Select Search.
- Select appropriate value(s) for user.
- Select Save.
Institution/Campus Security
Navigation: NavBar > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Institution/Campus Security
- Select the Add a New Value tab.
- Enter User ID/EMPL ID.
- Enter or look up Academic Institution.
- Select Add..
- Select appropriate value (Main).
- Click Save.
Institution/Career Security
Navigation: NavBar > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Institution/Career Security
- Enter User ID/EMPL ID.
- Enter or look up Academic Institution.
- Select Search.
- Enter or look up Academic Career: UGRD--use the plus icon [+] to add additional rows.
- Select Save..
Secure Student Financials - Business Unit
Navigation: NavBar > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Financials > User ID > Business Unit
- Enter User ID/EMPL ID.
- Enter or look up Academic Institution.
- Select Search.
- Enter or look up the appropriate Business Unit--use the plus sign [+] to add additional rows.
- Select Save.
