Navigation: Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Academic Institution Security

1. Enter User ID/EMPL ID.
2. Click Search.
3. Select appropriate value(s) for user.
4. Select Save to complete the process to update the Academic Institution Security.

Navigation: Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Academic Org Security

1. Enter User ID/EMPL ID.
2. Select Search.
3. Select appropriate value(s) for user.
4. Select Save to complete the process of updating the Academic Org Security.

Navigation: Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Institution/Campus Security

1. Select the Add a New Value tab.
2. Enter User ID/EMPL ID.
3. Enter or look up Academic Institution.
4. Select Add.
5. Select appropriate value (Main).
6. Select Save to complete the process of updating the Institution/Campus Security for the user.

Navigation: Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Institution/Career Security

1. Enter User ID/EMPL ID.
2. Enter or look up Academic Institution.
3. Select Search.
4. Enter or look up Academic Career: UGRD--use the plus icon [+] to add additional rows.
5. Select Save to complete the process of updating the Institution/Career Security.

Navigation: Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Financials > User ID > Business Unit

1. Enter User ID/EMPL ID.
2. Enter or look up Academic Institution.
3. Select Search.
4. Enter or look up the appropriate Business Unit--use the plus sign [+] to add additional rows.
5. Select Save to complete the process of updating the Business Unit security for the user.
