Admissions Action Security
Assign the admissions program actions that a user ID can access. Users have access only to the program actions entered on this page. Only program actions used by Recruiting and Admissions are available. These program actions are entered on Add Application, Maintain Applications, Action/Reason Entry, and Program Addition.
Navigation: Navigate to Main Menu> Set Up SACR> Security> Secure Student Administration> User ID> Admissions Action Security
- Enter User ID you will be working with.
- Click Search.
- On this page is where you would assign access to the Admissions Actions. You can assign access to all of them via the All Access button or individual program actions. Or, to add Program Actions individually, select the plus icon [+]. To delete Program Actions, select the minus icon [-].
- Once you have applied the desired actions, click Save in the lower-left corner of the page.
- Click Return to Search.
An upgrade included in PUM 20/21 requires users who process Admissions Applications to have CTM Transaction Security SACR (Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > CTM Transaction Security). Local security teams should assign ADMISSIONS_APPLICATION access on the CTM Transaction Security Page to users to process admissions applications as appropriate.
Navigation: Navigate to Main Menu> Set Up SACR> Security> Secure Student Administration> User ID> CTM Transaction Security
- Enter User ID you will be working with.
- Click Search.
- Select the looking glass and choose ADMISSIONS_APPLICATION.
- Select Save.
