Graduation Tracking Search
Purpose: Use this document to assist staff with searching for students who have been tracked for graduation.
Audience: Student Records staff.
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
Graduation Tracking Search:
- ZD SR Graduation Inquiry
- ZD SR Super Usser
- ZZ SR Graduation
Graduation Status Security:
- ZD Local Security Admin
- ZZ Local SACR Security Admin
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

Saved Searches
- In the Search Name field, staff can select a previously saved search from the drop-down menu.
- Saved searches store commonly used search criteria for quick access.
- If a search returns more than 300 rows, additional criteria must be entered to narrow the results.
Enter Search Criteria
- Not all fields are required. Enter the criteria needed to locate the desired student population.
- Institution β Select the institution from the drop-down menu. This field defaults based on the userβs User Defaults settings.
- Academic Career β Select the appropriate career (e.g., Undergraduate or Continuing Education).
- Academic Program β Select the Lookup (π) icon and choose an Academic Program.
- Academic Plan β Select the Lookup (π) icon and choose an Academic Plan.
- Academic Sub-Plan β If configured, select the Lookup (π) icon and choose an Academic Sub-Plan.
- Degree β Select the Lookup (π) icon and choose a Degree.
- Expected Graduation Term β Select the Lookup (π) icon to filter students by expected graduation term.
- Graduation Review Status β Select a status from the drop-down menu.
- Campus β Select the Lookup (π) icon and choose the campus configured for the institution.
- Academic Group β Select the Lookup (π) icon and choose the academic group configured for the institution.
- Additional search fields include:
- EMPLID
- Campus ID
- First Name
- Last Name
Save Search Criteria (Optional)
- After entering search criteria, select Save Search Criteria next to the Clear Criteria button.
- In the Saved Searches panel:
- Enter a name for the search.
- Select Save.
- The saved search name will appear in the Search Name drop-down menu at the top of the page.
- To remove a saved search, select Delete Saved Search.
Search and Review Results
- Select the Search button to display results.
- Search results appear at the bottom of the page.
- Select the Show All Columns icon (next to the Detail 2 tab) to expand all available columns.
- Select View Student Details to open the studentβs Graduation Tracking page and review graduation progress.
- Select Clear Criteria to remove all search filters and results.
- Process complete.
