Veteran Benefit Report

Purpose: Use this as reference for viewing a Veteran Benefit Report within ctcLink.

Audience: Veterans Office staff.

You must have at least one of these local college-managed security roles:

If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

Navigation: Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer

This query shows students who have had a change in enrollment since the last Enrollment Certification worksheet was completed.

The Query Viewer selection page displays.
Select Search By = "Query Name."
Enter begins with = "CTC_SR_VET_BENEFIT."
Select Search.
The Search Results display at the bottom of the page.
Select the HTML hyperlink.
The CTC_SR_VET_BENEFIT - Veterans Benefit selection parameters page opens in a new window.
Enter Institution.
Enter Career.
Enter Term.
Select the View Results button.
The results display at the bottom of the page.
When you're done reviewing/downloading/printing the results, close the new window.
Process complete.
