Veteran Benefit Report

Purpose: Use this as reference for viewing a Veteran Benefit Report within ctcLink.

Audience:  Veterans Office staff.

You must have at least one of these local college-managed security roles:


If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

Veteran Benefit Report

Navigation: Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer

This query shows students who have had a change in enrollment since the last Enrollment Certification worksheet was completed.

  1. The Query Viewer selection page displays.
  2. Select Search By = "Query Name."
  3. Enter begins with = "CTC_SR_VET_BENEFIT."
  4. Select Search.
  5. The Search Results display at the bottom of the page.
  6. Select the HTML hyperlink.
  7. The CTC_SR_VET_BENEFIT - Veterans Benefit selection parameters page opens in a new window.
  8. Enter Institution.
  9. Enter Career.
  10. Enter Term.
  11. Select the View Results button.
  12. The results display at the bottom of the page.
  13. When you're done reviewing/downloading/printing the results, close the new window.
  14. Process complete.
