9.2 Delete Enrollment Appointments
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for deleting enrollment appointments in batch in ctcLink.
Audience: Student Records staff.
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZD SR Student Appoint Inquiry
- ZZ SR Enroll Term Processing
- ZZ SR Student Appointment
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
Because the Process Mode field is on level one, deleting appointments deletes all rows' appointments on the specific run control page.
If you want to delete just one student appointment block, add that student appointment block to a new run control.
Navigation: NavBar > Navigator > Records and Enrollment > Term Processing > Appointments > Assign Appointments
- Enter an existing Run Control ID or select the Add a New Value tab and create a new Run Control ID to delete just one student appointment block.
- Select the Add button.
- Assign Appointments page displays.
- On the Assign Appointments page, enter the request parameters to delete the assigned appointments.
- Academic Institution: Institution code.
- Academic Career: Enter or look up UGRD.
- Term: Enter or lookup.
- Process Mode: Delete Appointments to remove appointments previously created.
- Session: Select from a drop-down (e.g., Regular Academic Session).
- Student Appointment Block: Enter or lookup.
- Select Override Block Priorities, if appointments were initially assigned, to override set up.
- Enter Priority Ranking 1-3 if applicable
- Select Enrollment in Appointment Type.
- Select Use Program Term/Session if appointments were initially assigned.
- Enter or look up Appointment Block
- Enter Appointment Number From or select Find Appointment From link and Fetch Appointment Start Date and Appointment Start Time
- Enter Appointment Number To or select Find Appointment From link and Fetch Appointment Start Date and Appointment Start Time
OR
- Leave Use Program Term/Session Limit unchecked and enter the following information:
- Appointment Limit ID: Enter or look up the code from the Appointment Limit table
- Appointment Block: Enter or look up the code defined from the Student Appointment Block table
- Enter or look up Appointment Block
- Enter Appointment Number From or select Find Appointment From link and Fetch Appointment Start Date and Appointment Start Time
- Enter Appointment Number To or select Find Appointment From link and Fetch Appointment Start Date and Appointment Start Time
Note: Appointment Limit IDs are created on the Appointment Limits Table page (Records and Enrollment > Term Processing > Appointments > Appointment Limits Table).
Note: Student Appointment Blocks are created on the Student Appointment Blocks page (Records and Enrollment > Term Processing > Appointments > Student Appointment Block).
- Appointment Number To/From: Select the range of appointment numbers.
- Select the Run button.
- On the Process Scheduler Request page, select the process on the list and then select the OK button.
- Select the Process Monitor link. The process may take time to run based on the number of records processed.
- Notice a Process Instance number has been generated
- Select the Refresh button on the Process List page to update the process Run Status until the run status displays as "Success" and the Distribution Status displays as "Posted."
- Process complete.
