Map Class Instruction Modes with Veterans Instruction Modes

Purpose: Use this as a reference for mapping class instruction modes with veterans instruction modes.

Audience: Veterans Coordinator.

You must have at least one of these local college-managed security roles:

  • ZD SR Super User
  • ZD SR Veterans
  • ZZ SR Veterans

If  you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

  • The Enrollment Certification page uses this mapping to determine if class units are Residential or Distance Learning.
  • For the ctcLink Veteran Enrollment Reporting functionality to accurately count classes as Residential or Distance Learning Units, colleges need to crosswalk their Instruction Modes. Any previous Instruction Modes no longer used by colleges must still be included in this crosswalk.
