Graduation List

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to identify students and generate data needed for diploma production in ctcLink.

Audience: Student Records

You must have at least one of these local college-managed security roles:

  • ZD_DS_QUERY_VIEWER

If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

You will also need to set up the following SACR Security permission:

Query Viewer

Navigation: Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer

  1. The Query Viewer search page displays.
  2. In Query Name, enter: QCS_SR_GRAD_DIPLOMA_REP.
  3. Select Search.
  4. The Search Results display below.
  5. Select HTML.
  6. The query parameters page displays in a new window.

Prompt Fields

  1. Institution.
  2. Academic Career.
  3. Exp Grad Term from.
  4. Exp Grad Term to.
  5. Current ID (Optional).
  6. Academic Program (Optional).
  7. Academic Plan (Optional).
  8. Academic Sub-Plan (Optional).
  9. Honors Code (Optional).
  10. Degree (Optional).

Run the Query

  1. Select View Results.
  2. The results grid displays at the bottom of the page.
  3. Exporting Results (Optional):
    • To export, select one of the available links:
      • Excel Spreadsheet.
      • CSV Text File.
  4. Process complete.
