Defining Graduation Statuses
Purpose: Use this document as a reference to define graduation statuses as part of the graduation tracking functionality in ctcLink.
Audience: All Staff.
You must have at least one of these local college-managed security roles:
Graduation Status Table:
- ZD SACR Student Rec Config
- ZZ SACR Student Rec Config
Graduation Status Security:
- ZD Local Security Admin
- ZZ Local SACR Security Admin
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
Navigation
Set Up SACR > Product Related > Student Records > Graduation > Graduation Status Table
Search for an Existing Status
- Enter the Academic Institution.
- Enter the Graduation Review Status code or select Search (🔍) to view a list of configured statuses.
Add a New Graduation Review Status
- Select Add a New Value.
- Enter the Academic Institution.
- Enter a Graduation Review Status code (four-character field).
- Select Add.
Define the Status
- Enter an Effective Date.
- Select the Status, which defaults to Active.
- Enter a Description for the Graduation Review Status (30-character field).
- Enter a Short Description (10-character field).
- Select Save.
Apply Graduation Status Security
🛡️Ensure Graduation Status Security is applied so users can use on the Graduation Tracking page. For instructions on assigning this access, refer to the QRG: CS SACR Security: Graduation Status Security.
