Update Student Milestone

Purpose:  To update a student milestone in ctcLink.

Audience: Advisors.

You must have at least one of these local-college managed security roles:

  • ZC SR Milestones
  • ZD SR Milestones
  • ZD SR Super User
  • ZZ SR Milestones

You must also set these SACR Security permissions:

If you need assistance with the above security roles or SACR settings, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

Update Student Milestone

Navigation:  Menu > Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Student Milestones

  1. The Student Milestones search page displays.
  2. Enter the ID.
  3. Enter the Academic Institution.
  4. Enter the Academic Career.
  5. Enter the Academic Program.
  6. Select the Search button.
  7. The Student Milestones page displays.
  8. At the bottom of the screen, select Correct History.
  9. In the Attempts section, select the [+] button.

  1. Using the drop-down menu for the Milestone Complete field, select a value that is different from the previous row.
  2. Select the Save button.
  3. The Milestone Complete field in the Milestone Detail section is updated with the value entered in the Attempts section. With Image 38, setting this field to Completed causes a PeopleCode error when saving. Oracle has accepted this issue as a bug and will fix it in a future update. To update the milestone status, use the Milestone Complete field in the Attempts section near the bottom of the page. Make all Milestone Complete changes in the Attempts section to ensure they save successfully.
  4. Select Save.
  5. Process complete.
